1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and AiWizards LLC, Lansdale, Pennsylvania, United States, covering your use of AiWizards Business Operations Hub. By creating an account, subscribing or using the Hub, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub.

The Hub is intended for business use by adults aged 18 or older. If you accept these Terms for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company, and "you" then means both you and that company.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us promptly at aiwizards_25@yahoo.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Your workspace and your data

A workspace holds one business's records. The person who creates it is its owner and controls who may join it and what each member may do.

You are responsible for the information you and your workspace members enter, import or upload, including information about your own customers and contacts. You confirm that you have the authority and any consent needed to put that information into the Hub and to have us process it on your behalf, and that doing so does not breach anyone's rights or any law.

4. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Hub for your own internal business purposes.

5. Things you must not do

  • Break the law, or use the Hub to help someone else break it.
  • Try to access another business's workspace, records or account.
  • Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service, its security controls or its rate limits.
  • Copy, resell, sublicense, rent or run the Hub as a service for others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Use automated means to scrape the Hub or to send volumes of requests beyond normal use.
  • Upload malware, or anything designed to damage or disrupt the service.
  • Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content through the Hub, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated output as reviewed professional advice.
  • Remove or obscure any notice, label or attribution in the Hub, including labels that mark something as a recommendation or draft.

6. Information you must not put in the Hub

The Hub is not designed or certified to hold regulated or highly sensitive information. You must not enter, import or upload:

  • Social Security numbers or other national identification numbers.
  • Passwords, access codes, API keys or other credentials.
  • Full payment card numbers, security codes or magnetic stripe data.
  • Financial account credentials or full bank account numbers.
  • Health or medical records, or any protected health information.
  • Biometric identifiers.
  • Copies of government-issued identity documents.
  • Any other information subject to sector-specific regulation that we have not agreed in writing to support.

This applies to imports and to the assistant

The same rule applies to spreadsheets you import and to anything you type into Ask AiWizards. If you put this kind of information in anyway, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for the consequences.

7. Your content stays yours

You keep all ownership of the business data and content you put into the Hub. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.

8. The limited permission we need to run the service

To operate the Hub for you, you grant us and our service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, display, back up and process your content, solely to provide, secure, support and improve the service for you and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. This licence lasts only as long as we hold your content and ends when it is deleted, apart from copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Our software and brand

The Hub, including its software, design, text, knowledge base, layouts and the AiWizards LLC name and logo, is owned by AiWizards LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you. Feedback you send us may be used freely and without obligation to you.

10. Subscriptions and billing

Plans
One subscription covers one business workspace. There is no per-seat charge. The plan and price are shown before you check out.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your workspace stays open until then.
Refunds
Payments are nonrefundable and no prorated refunds are given for partial periods, except where refunds are required by law or are expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include tax. Any tax that applies is added at checkout where we are required to collect it; otherwise it remains your responsibility.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your workspace stays open through a short grace period while you update your payment method. After that, access is paused until a payment succeeds.
Plan changes
You can move between the monthly and yearly plan from the billing portal. A change takes effect from the next billing period unless the portal states otherwise at the time.
Price changes
We may change prices. We will give reasonable notice before a change applies to your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Complimentary access
AiWizards LLC may grant complimentary access to a workspace. Complimentary access involves no payment and can be changed at our discretion.

11. Test-mode checkout during the pilot

No live charge is taken today

Checkout is running in test (pilot) mode. Selecting a plan opens a test payment page: no real card is charged, no live payment is taken, and no paid commercial service is created. Live billing will be switched on in a separate, announced update.

Completing a test checkout does not create a paid commercial service, does not create a payment obligation on either side, and does not entitle you to any service level. Section 10 describes how billing will work once live billing is switched on, and we will tell you before that happens.

12. Service changes, availability and suspension

We are actively building the Hub. We may add, change, or remove features, and some functionality is offered as a pilot or beta and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

We aim to keep the Hub available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.

We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users, to deal with a security or legal issue, or where an account is in breach of these Terms or a payment is unpaid. Where practical we will tell you first.

13. AI features and their limits

The Hub produces recommendations, insights and drafts, and Ask AiWizards can answer questions. Some responses come from a fixed built-in guide; some are generated by an AI service where you have agreed to that.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Everything the Hub generates is a recommendation or a draft for you to review. Nothing is sent, ordered, published, paid or changed on your behalf without you deciding to do it. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it or use it with a customer.

The AI Use and Limitations Notice forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

14. Third-party services

The Hub relies on third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication, payments and AI, and it may link to other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their services, content or availability.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Hub is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

The Hub is a business operations tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, insurance, employment, investment or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill or lost or corrupted data, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Hub or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you actually paid AiWizards LLC for the Hub in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to be limited. They apply regardless of the form of the claim and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AiWizards LLC and its members, officers and personnel from third-party claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of (a) your content or the information you put into the Hub, (b) your use of the Hub in breach of these Terms or of any law, or (c) your failure to have the authority or consent needed for information you entered about other people. We will tell you about any such claim promptly and give you reasonable cooperation, and you may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.

18. Ending the agreement, and what happens to your data

You may stop using the Hub at any time and cancel a subscription as described in section 10. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms, for unlawful use, or where we discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice where practical.

When a subscription ends, access to the workspace is paused at the end of the paid period. Export anything you need before then; export to CSV is available on several screens.

We do not set a fixed deletion deadline here, and we will not invent one. If you want your workspace deleted, email aiwizards_25@yahoo.com and we will verify and process the request, subject to the legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention and billing obligations described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion may be permanent.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. They do not contain a mandatory arbitration clause, a class-action waiver, or a term naming one court to the exclusion of others.

20. Changes to these Terms, and other general terms

We may update these Terms. The version and effective date at the top tell you which one you are reading, and for a material change we will ask signed-in users to review and accept the new version before continuing. Continuing to use the Hub after an update means you accept it.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the AI Use and Limitations Notice, are the entire agreement between us about the Hub.
