1. Our commitment
AiWizards LLC wants AiWizards Business Operations Hub to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification, or high-contrast settings. Accessibility is treated as part of building a screen, not as a later clean-up.
We design against the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have not been independently audited or certified against them, and we do not claim full conformance.
2. What is built in
- Semantic HTML structure with one main heading per page and a logical heading order.
- Keyboard access for interactive controls, with a visible focus outline that is never removed.
- Labels tied to form fields, and errors announced to assistive technology rather than shown by colour alone.
- Accessible names on icon-only buttons, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Dialogs, sheets and menus built on an accessible component library that manages focus and returns it when closed.
- Live regions that announce assistant answers and multi-step progress without re-reading the whole screen.
- Colour choices tested for contrast against our navy, teal and gold palette, with meaning never carried by colour alone.
- Responsive layouts that reflow for small screens, magnification and zoom, with readable line lengths.
- Print-friendly styling on these policy pages.
3. Known limits and ongoing work
The Hub is under active development and is not perfect. Data-dense areas such as charts and wide tables are the hardest to get right, and some of them still rely on a visual reading. We are working through them, and a report from you moves an area up the list.
4. Telling us about a barrier
Email aiwizards_25@yahoo.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We read every report and we do not need you to use technical language.
5. What helps us fix it faster
- Which page or screen it happened on, and the web address if you have it.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The device, browser and operating system you were using.
- Any assistive technology involved, such as a screen reader or magnifier, and its version.
- Whether it stops you completely or is an inconvenience you can work around.
- How you would like us to reply to you.
6. What happens next
We will confirm we received your report, tell you what we found, and where we can we will offer a way to get the task done while we fix the underlying problem. If something cannot be fixed quickly we will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
