1. Ask AiWizards uses artificial intelligence
Ask AiWizards is the guide built into the Hub. It explains how screens work, coaches on practical everyday uses of AI in a small business, and drafts text for you to review. Some of its responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
It is software, not a person, and it will tell you so if you ask.
2. Built-in guide and live guidance are different
- Built-in guide
- A fixed, curated library of answers written by us. Matching is deterministic: the same question gives the same answer, at no cost, and nothing is sent to an AI service. This is what the public demo uses, always.
- Live guidance
- For a question the built-in guide cannot answer confidently, an AI service may generate the answer. This only happens in a signed-in workspace where live guidance has been switched on and you have separately agreed to it. Answers labelled "Live guidance" in the panel came from this path.
3. What is sent, and only after you agree
When a live answer is produced, we send an AI service three things: the question you typed, the name of the screen you were on, and a short extract of our own product guide. Nothing else leaves the Hub.
This happens only after you have read the consent wording and selected Accept. Until then, every answer comes from the built-in guide. Opening the explanation records nothing.
We do not keep the text of your questions or the answers in the Hub's database. The conversation shown in the panel is a copy held in your browser for the current tab session, and it goes when you close the tab or clear it. That browser copy is a separate thing from the request itself: each live question is transmitted to the AI service at the moment you ask it, together with the screen name and the product-guide extract listed above. We keep your consent record and a count of live questions used, and nothing else.
4. AI can be wrong
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or simply unsuitable for your situation. It can state something confidently and still be wrong, and it does not know your circumstances, your contracts, your local rules or your customers.
5. Review before you use anything
Treat every response as a starting point. Read it, check anything that matters, edit it into your own words, and take responsibility for what you send or decide. A draft is labelled as a draft precisely because it is not finished work.
6. Subjects the assistant will not advise on
Ask AiWizards does not give legal, tax, medical, financial or investment, employment or insurance advice, and it will not help bypass security or access controls. On those subjects it explains generally and points you to a qualified professional. Do not rely on it as a substitute for one.
7. It cannot see your business records
In this pilot the assistant has no access to your inventory, sales, inquiries, clients, projects, bookings, events, customers or financial figures. It cannot look anything up for you, and it should never claim to have. If it appears to state a figure from your business, treat it as wrong and tell us.
8. It cannot act on your behalf
The assistant cannot send a message or email, place an order, make a booking, publish anything, take a payment, or create, change or delete a record. It writes text; you decide what to do with it. This is the human-control principle the whole Hub is built on.
9. Do not type sensitive information into it
Never enter passwords or access codes, payment card numbers, financial account credentials, Social Security or other national identification numbers, health or medical information, biometric data, government-issued identity documents, or confidential customer information.
10. Usage limits and availability
Live guidance has a daily allowance per person and a monthly allowance per workspace, shown in Settings. When an allowance runs out, the built-in guide keeps working normally. Live guidance can also be unavailable because the workspace switch is off, an emergency stop has been used, the service is busy or slow, or you are offline. The panel says which of these happened, and always falls back to the built-in guide.
Live guidance is a pilot feature and may be changed, limited or withdrawn.
11. Human control
Across the whole Hub, AI analyzes, drafts and recommends. It never changes a record, sends a message, places an order or takes any external action without your review and explicit approval. Everything AI produced is clearly labelled as guidance, a recommendation or a draft.
12. Withdrawing your consent
Open Settings, find the Ask AiWizards card, and select "Reset agreement and clear this session". Live guidance stops for you immediately, the current conversation in this browser is cleared, and the built-in guide continues to work. You can agree again later.
A workspace owner or admin can switch live guidance off for everyone in the workspace, or use the emergency stop, in the same card. If we make a material change to this notice or to the consent wording, we will ask you to review and agree again.
13. Contact
Questions or a problem with an AI response: aiwizards_25@yahoo.com. Tell us what you asked and what came back, and we will look into it.
