Billing terms

Stated up front, before you pay. These terms also form part of the Terms of Service.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each billing period.
Cancelling: You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your workspace stays open until then.
Refunds: Payments are nonrefundable and no prorated refunds are given for partial periods, except where refunds are required by law or are expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Tax: Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include tax. Any tax that applies is added at checkout where we are required to collect it; otherwise it remains your responsibility.
If a payment fails: If a renewal payment fails, your workspace stays open through a short grace period while you update your payment method. After that, access is paused until a payment succeeds.
Seats: One subscription covers one business workspace. There is no per-seat charge.
